Appreciation Letters
Dear Cross Creek Programs,
I would like to thank you for being there for my
friend and cousin, helping them through this tough time that they are
going through. I am a sibling of Jackie C., and I am so happy
that you are helping her. Also, I would like to thank you for
making seminars to help me, also the other people, change and learn the
things my friend is learning. So I would like to thank you and I
appreciate what you do for me, my friend, her family and other families
that are doing this program too.
Sincerely,
Catherine S.
| Thane and Carolyn,
Today is our last day of Focus. What a 4
days!! I have learned so much and feel ready to begin the next chapter
of my life. I am so grateful parents are included in all of the steps
the kids are required to do. It makes so much sense.
I want to thank you for all you do for the
boys but especially my Jason. I see greatness n him as I know every
parent does. What I wasn’t able to accomplish you are doing even as I
write this letter. You both were answers to my prayers and I thank you
from the bottom of my heart.
God bless you both,
Carol C.
| Dear Sir/ Madam,
I want to take this opportunity to thank you
for providing the Focus Seminar to parents who have a child at Cross
Creek. Focus gave me more insight on accountability, feedback,
openness, thinking outside the box and stretching. The Focus Seminar
provided me more time to practice these principles and improve my
performance in using them. I am looking forward to going to Cross Creek
in several months to attend PC – 1. I know what I learned this weekend
will help my son and I as we start the process for him to come home.
Thank you, Jim C.
| Karla & Brent & Staff
Thank you so much for helping Jason to get back on track. The
experiences that you are giving him will unlock the person that he is.
Jason has a huge heart that I didn’t explore as much as I should
have. Ask him about the time a couple come to our garage sale
looking for a toy for their sick grandson. Rather than have buy
something from our garage sale, Jason told them to wait for him to get
a special car from his own collection of toys. He gave that car
to them with no conditions.
Thank you again so for what you are doing for him and others. I
have grown and learned many things about myself in the past 2 months
and 2 seminars. I will keep working and be able to carry on with
what you are opening within Jason.
Love and Thanks
John Hanna
| Dear Cross Creek Staff;
Thank you for equipping my family with the tools to become whole and
complete. Taking this journey so far has helped me discover and
uncover my magical child. There are so many changes that have
been created for my daughter and me. I see both of us making
working choices that continue to enhance our relationship.
I know now who I am. I am a free, fearless, honest woman!!
With a grateful heart of service
Angela P.
| Dear Thane and Carolyn,
I want to acknowledge your dedication to my
son Joel and to let you know you are appreciated for your focus and
vision. This program is not only a blessing for Joel but for me as
well. I feel blessed that you both are on our side and are so dedicated
and giving of your knowledge and experience. Thank you for keeping my
son safe and allowing me to take care of myself. I would like to thank
you for keeping your work about being an open door facility and for the
beautiful setting the school is located in. From day one all of the
staff at Cross Creek has been supportive and loving, special gratitude
goes to Beverly, Kara and Dallas. Mr. Dallas did what it took both
times I met him with precision; compassion and fun. Thank you all for
being in your GREATNESS and helping me in
mine.

| Cross Creek Academy,
As an intelligent, caring and beautiful woman, I
want to take this opportunity to thank you for taking care of my
Grandson, Justin’s well being. He is a very intelligent, handsome
and kind hearted young man who chose a wrong path for himself.
His problems and bad attitude could not be handled by his family and we
therefore entrusted you to teach him the discipline and values that
will help him become the wonderful young man he is.
I pray for his recovery and I am thankful that you
now have him in your school. We miss him so much and I’m hoping
that someday he will see the value of our decision in that we loved him
so much that we needed help beyond what we could provide.
I’m also praying that my Grandson is one of your
success stories in future years. I’m appreciative of the seminars
you provide to parents such as myself that give us the strength and
courage and growth to become better human beings.
Sincerely,
Sandra A
| I
want to take the time to thank the staff at Cross Creek. You
worked very hard to make my decision. And I did make the right
decision. I have seen tremendous growth in my daughter already! You
haven't let me down - or her. I know how hard it is to deal with just
Karli, I can't imagine dealing with the amont of kids you have there.
And you make progress! I'm so glad that there is a facility out there,
to help us put our lives back together. I want to Thank all of
you! You're doing a tremendous job.
Best wishes, Bruce B.
| Dear Trainers, and Family Reps at Cross Creek Programs,
I don't know your names but I know your
hearts. You are doing the work with our kids that we were not able to
do and we will be forever grateful. My name is Betty and I am the
proud grandma of Karli, words cannot really express how much I
appreciate the work you are doing with her. Her father Bruce, and I are
so pleased with her progress and so very proud of her.
I especially want to thank you, Kathy. Bruce
tells me that you are the family rep. that talks with him. I don't know
her therapists name (Garth) but he is doing wonderful work with her as
well.
We completed our third day of the Focus
seminar and it was a wonderful experience, unlike anything I've ever
done! It will take a while for me to sort it out and process it. Joyce
helps us because she tells us how the kids do it. That helps to keep me
totally committed to go through this with Karli.
I met Matt T. (Radio 3) tonight and he asked
me for a grandma Hug because he recently lost his grandma. I was
delighted to do that because I love being a grandma and giving grandma
hugs! Maybe he can give Karli a grandma hug for me.
Thanks again for giving the kids and my granddaughter a chance to start over.
Sincerely Betty B.
| Dear Cross Creek Staff;
My wife and I would like to send our deepest appreciation for all that
you have one for our family. We are blessed to have so many
people supporting us through his journey. Only five months ago
our world was dark and gloomy. After four months at Cross Creek,
we are gaining direction and focus in our life, equally important; we
are reconnecting with our son Kevin. We look forward to our phone
calls and feel such happiness by the progress he is making, now we
believe everything will be fine due to the exceptional work the many
people do at Cross Creek. You will be forever in our thoughts and
prayers.
All our love
Tony & Deb D.
| Dear Cross Creek Staff;
Words are not enough to thank you for work in helping my daughter
Laura. I know your work is not easy, but I admire and appreciate
your willingness to stay in there and keep at it. The work you do
is so valuable you are saving her life. There is no other way to
say it.
I thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping our family to be
whole again. You are in our prayers, that you may be strengthened
and uplifted in the work you do.
Thank you

ourselves. And thank you for giving her the tools he needs to enjoy and
have her life again.

| Dear Cross Creek,
We entrusted our daughter to you three months
ago. I knew God meant for her to go there. I feel so blessed that we as
a family and Liz can heal, grow and live again.
Thank you for providing the seminars for parents
also. This is the hardest but best thing I have ever done in my life.
Thanks for showing me that family must get
better not just the child. I love Norm and Karla and what they mean to
Liz and our family.
Thank you for my LIFE!! Roberta L.
| Dear Cross Creek,
My name is Richelle L, my son is Devon L, and he has
been at your facility for about three months now. Within that
time I have seen him begin to open a little. For that I thank
you. He has only been there a short period of time but through
your willingness to show up each day and work your magic with all that
you have to offer, my heart feels a little lighter, thank you.
No longer does my son want to die. He writes
of dreams and purpose and for that I thank you. You were there
for my family when could not be there for ourselves and for that I am
grateful.
I will always be grateful for your returning my son, my family and myself home.
With grateful sincerely,
Richelle L
| Dear Cross Creek Center,
I appreciate all that you do to try and assist my
son with getting his life back in order. It is a tough task and
one that goes without much praise, but do know how greatly I thank you
and send my love to you. Just know that you may not hear it, but
the parents are for sure feeling it, thinking it and expressing it.
Thank you, thank you so much, I appreciate you.
Love,
Shawn L

Dear Staff at Cross Creek,
You
have a real calling service of others and we are so thankful for your
service to us and our daughter. We have seen such progress in
Maggie’s realization and appreciation of others through your teaching
and counseling.
We are completing Focus today and look forward d to starting the “PC” services and intergrading Maggie back into her family.

| Dear Cross Creek Staff,
Thank you very much for providing structure
and support to my brother, Mathew H. I failed to make the proper
choices with regards to myself and that reflected onto him. With
regards to your training and the values that you adhere too, my brother
Matt will came home as a stable, well adjusted young man. I can never
begin to thank you for all that you do for him, and thus for me. From
the bottom of my heart, thank you.
Sincerely, Nick H.
| Dear Cross Creek Staff,
This is the last day of the Focus
Seminar. My grandson Matt is with you all. I had the pleasure to be
there a few weeks ago to visit Matt. I have met several of you at that
time - it was a wonderful day to be there and see Matt. and have a
great visit with him, along with his aunt, uncle, brother, and sister.
We had a wonderful day, it was sad to leave him. Everyone was so kind,
caring and loving. I have also attended the Discovery seminar in April
and on the last day of Focus.
I have gained so much and feel I have grown from
these seminars. The staff for the seminars are really great - they help
you so much and I really feel good about so many things in my life that
I have been stuffing away in a big box. I feel fortunate to have my
family to talk to since they have been to so many more than I. Thank
you all so much and I will keep you all in my prayers for the job you
are doing. I know it is not easy and good to hear the feedback from you
that Ann and Pete share with all of us. Thank you and God bless you.

| Dear Cross Creek Staff,
I would like to thank you from the bottom of my
heart for saving my child’s life. You are the answer to my
prayers. You truly are a blessing, a golden blessing. Your
balanced program with the structured daily schedule is exactly what my
child needed and ultimately wanted. Thank you for proving such a
service that encourages and provides character building. Without
your service, my child might have not lived. You have provided the only
workable means for my son to develop proper motivation and direction in
his life. I am deeply grateful to you for saving my child with
love and consistency.
In teaching my son the virtues of honest integrity,
accountability and responsibilities, I am forever indebted to you and
for serving all parents in restoring the family unit. You provide
opportunities for families to learn to be trustworthy and honest and
open for change. Your school provides excellent opportunities for
my son to learn to maximize his potential. Most importantly, I
want to thank each and everyone of you for providing a safe haven for
my son, that inspires the values of love, acceptance and purpose. I
have always believed that it truly does take a village to raise a
child, you are my village.
Mary S
